All items sold can be returned only when the product is defective.  And a Return Authorization Number must be acquired within 14days after you receive your shipment. Although we try our best to match colors as closely as possible in our photos, actual colors may slightly differ from what you see in our website. Therefore, color differences can not be considered a reason for returns. BeasBargainBasement.com is not responsible for shipping cost for returns.
All returns must be pre-approved by calling our office at 714-883-2109. Returns without Return Authorization Number (RA number) will be denied and will be shipped back to you at your cost.  All returns, except defective products, are subject to 25% restocking fee. This includes dance shoes.

Drop shipped shoes can be returned within 14 days for exchange ONLY. Return shipping fees must be paid before exchange will be processed. $12.00 per pair within USA, $25.00 per pair international. All returns must be shipped to 4920 Santa Anita Ave., El Monte Ca 91731. RA number must be on box clearly visible or a delay in processing will occur. You will need to contact customer service for an RA number.
