Dance Shoes Return Policies

PLEASE TRY ON YOUR SHOES ON A CLEAN, SOFT SURFACE TO PREVENT SOILING OF THE SUEDE SOLES. SHOES WITH SOILED SOLES OR SHOES WHICH HAVE BEEN USED ON A HARD SURFACE CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT NOR EXCHANGE

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND:

Please call or email me to get a return authorization number before returning any item. Returns without authorization number will not be processed. Returns for REFUND will be subject to a $15.00 restocking fee per pair. Shipping is NOT refundable.

Returns for exchange will be shipped free of charge. Once a pair of shoes is exchanged the sale is considered final and can not be returned or exchanged again. Special ordered shoes are NOT returnable or refundable so make sure you special order exactly what you want.

Please return the shoes as new (unworn) within 14 days of receipt with original receipt and place a note inside the box with specific instructions and stating the reason for return. Shoes must be returned by insured mail via USPS to our return/exchange dept. I will provide the address with the return authorization number.

SOILED SHOES AND SHOES WITH SOILED SOLES CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND, CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 14 DAYS FROM ORIGINAL SHIP DATE.

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. For your own protection, please insure all returned goods. We cannot give credit for shoes lost in shipment.
